Create-a-Pulse Marketing brought this opportunity to the Frederick area to support local businesses but as a grass-roots campaign for local residents to Live - Buy - Rely Local.
RelyLocal.com was developed as an advertising vehicle to help support the little, local guy. RelyLocal Frederick was started in Fall of 2010 to give local businesses in Frederick an opportunity to advertise through a comprehensive package that is affordable and effective.
RelyLocal Frederick's 3-fold effort is comprised of:
