Create-a-Pulse Marketing offers individual and group classes in weight management through the Transitions™ Lifestyle System.

Through a guided 6, 8 or 12 week program, clients learn how to correct their metabolism and get their bodies into the fat-burning mode rather than fat-storage mode. The program offers detoxification, low-glycemic eating, science-based nutritional supplementation, fat-burning exercise, journal results tracking, and DVD education teaching important topics on reading labels, differences between good fats and bad, right types of exercise, and why adding fiber and grains is essential, among other topics.

Some topics of interest are why you can't lose weight and what is holding you back, reading labels, what fats, carbs, protein, fiber and sugar do to the body and why you need a combination of all of them. The main area of interest is making choices in food that follow the glycemic index which categoizes how carbohydrates affect your blood sugar and insulin levels.
